Shipping & Delivery

For any order above $400, we offer free shipping nation wide!

We offer standard shipping for all orders via TNT or StarTrack road freight services.

Express shipping is available if required by quote. Get in touch with our sales team if you would like to organise express shipping for your order.

We’d love for you to drop in and say hi! At this stage however, we only deliver and do not offer any pickup services. Stay tuned for any future changes.

Once dispatched, you should expect to receive your order in 1-5 business days based on your location. Some regional locations however may take up to 5-12 business days for your order to arrive.

We sure do! However, it may extend your delivery times.

If you order has not yet shipped, we may be able to change the address. Please contact our support team if you require a change of address.

Yes! Shortly after you place your order and it has been dispatched, you will receive a follow up email with a tracking number for your order automatically.

You can also opt to receive shipping updates via text once you checkout.
